What About the Rank?
There is no change in the NEET-SS 2025 rank. NBEMS has clarified that the group-specific ranks announced on 23 January 2026 will remain the same. Candidates will also not receive a new scorecard.
One more thing to keep in mind is the MBBS aggregate marks mentioned in the NEET-SS 2025 application form. These details may be checked against the original documents during counselling or admission. If the information is found to be incorrect and was used for resolving a tie in rank, the candidate’s candidature may be cancelled.
What Should Qualified Candidates Do Now?
Candidates who qualify under the revised cut-off should now keep track of the MCC counselling process and further admission updates.
