What is the policy on hardcopy books availability and distribution?
- Each active subscriber receives only one copy of each book.
- Books will not be issued if the subscriber’s subscription ends within 30 days of the request or a new book launch.
- If an active subscriber has already received part of their book set, only the remaining new books will be delivered, and a refund will be provided for the books already received.

While all your data, bookmarks, tests, and usage are securely stored online, any downloaded videos will be lost during the device change.
Please Note: that this is a single-device app, and if you have already changed your device once, you will not be able to change it again for 90 days.
